PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) is one of the Big Four global professional services networks, providing audit and assurance, tax and legal, deals, and consulting services. The network is a group of separate legal member firms coordinated by PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited, based in London. As of FY2025 PwC had more than 364,000 people across 136 countries and reported record gross revenues of US$56.9 billion for the 12 months ended 30 June 2025. The current firm was created by the 1998 merger of Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand, with roots going back to 1849. In Israel the member firm operates as Kesselman & Kesselman with offices in Tel Aviv, Haifa, Jerusalem and Beer Sheva.
